Welcome and greetings on behalf of the Brothers of Alpha Lambda Lambda Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.  I greet you in the name of our beloved founders: Bishop Edgar A. Love, Dr. Oscar J. Cooper, Professor Frank Coleman, and Dr. Ernest E. Just.  I pray that this message finds you and your families safe and secure during these trying times of which our nation finds itself navigating through a global pandemic.

Brothers of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. continue to strive in their individual stations in life and continue to advance the cause of Omega.  Brothers of the Alpha Lambda Lambda Chapter serve the greater Frederick and Western Maryland area through a number of national social outreach programs.  Through these programs, Brothers of Alpha Lambda Lambda have awarded upwards of $30,000 to graduating college-bound high school seniors, promoted scholarship through mentoring programs, organized voter registration rallies, supported health related initiatives and screenings, and supported various communities with physical and monetary donations.

Our Fraternity’s membership continues to be composed of men from many occupations and professions; men who have reached the heights of excellence in their chosen fields through perseverance.  Omega men function as pillars in our churches, schools, families, and businesses.  For decades, Omega Men have led the way in raising social awareness of and fighting against the injustices and inequalities within our community. 

Our Cardinal Principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift continue to guide our actions.

The Fraternity’s Motto is “Friendship is essential to the soul."
